H.O.M.E. was created by individuals who were involved in various social projects and who felt pooling their resources together would help create and manage their interests better.

We found that if more than one person could engage in each project the time and effort could be minimised as usually these projects require more than the allocated time.

The core group members are those who have done several projects related to in the past and they assist the new comers by sharing their work and experiences.

Some of us doing the projects full time receive project allowances and others just volunteer time when ever they can.

We are not a registered organization nevertheless receive funds from both individuals and registered organizations from different parts of the world
